So each day this week, I run a different interval. Today it was 5 minute run/3 walk/5 run/3 walk/5 run. With 4.5 minute walking warm up and cool down. It was a good run, no panicking, just running. I broke another personal record. I'm proud of myself.
I need new sneakers and more supportive bras. That's my goal for the week.
2.4 miles in 30 minutes
12.5 minutes a mile. (not bad for someone who hated running)
